Y ahora lo entiendo, porque yo siempre buscaba el Yoga del lado físico, del lado más simple y me quedo con el mensaje de que en verdad el Yoga es para todos, que yo no lo creía. Y hoy cuando nos contaste del Yoga en sillas, en verdad, yo me sentí super emocionada porque se lo puedes permitir a todos y es algo que yo nunca lo había imaginado. Y no saben lo feliz que me siento, a pesar de haber intentado llevarlo presencial por 2 años, lo llevé Online y ha sido increíble. No sabes lo feliz que me puedo sentir con todo, con mi comida, con mi mat, con mi práctica, y tengo además las ganas de poder transmitir eso. En verdad algo mágico.
