Lots of you don’t know I started a World Yoga Club and am aggregating Global Tribe. I now teach a LIVE morning Class and then we have our Satsang and Book Club, where we discuss a book or film and share thoughts. It’s really amazing, we have a kind and warm group of people, so don’t miss out and subscribe ASAP.

Live classes are Tuesday 10:30am EST and Satsang book club at 12pm EST. All classes and satsangs are recorded so you can still practice the entire week 🙂
