A Global Tribe of Yogis and Healers is Gathering!

I am proud to call you all my brothers and sisters and more importantly my friends! Friends are the family that we choose!

Join now everyone! For my sake certainly… and for your sake certainly also!

I am committed and determined to dedicate my Sundays to being with my community.

Please I hope as many of my present, former and future students and graduates commit to the WYC! I would love very much for you to commit to something that will keep you firmly focused on your yoga practice. and on being able to keep the spiritual teachings of yoga informing your daily life.

Every Sunday are 2 Live Online Events! They are both recorded and accessible all week!

The Sunday 10 AM EST Power Yoga Class will be Old School Fred Busch Power Yoga with Meditation just like many of you know and love! Those who were with me at Miami Yogashala on South Beach or Brickell will feel right at home!

The Sunday Satsang BooK Club is really for all of us! Yogis need Satsang which is a chance to dedicate a short time every week to gathering as a community and sharing! We we talk about sacred and spiritual books and every month a different book will inspire our group discussions! Satsangs will always close with a short but profound guided meditation and chanting of mantras for those who enjoy that!
