All classes are for all levels and also include Massage Therapy and Fred Busch’s Yoga Therapy to assist students in healing injuries. There are many things students love about Fred Busch Power Yoga including the individual attention to students safety in class and the Vinyasa style where moving is linked to breathing in what is called a ‘moving meditation’.
Each class is designed to systematically stimulate the organs, glands, and nervous system and move freshly oxygenated blood to the entire body. In one class you will sweat, smile, destress and do more for your overall health, spirit and self-confidence than you could imagine. Students often express with testimonials how much they enjoy Fred Busch Yoga.

Fred Busch Power Yoga as taught by Fred Busch Power Yoga Teachers around the world. Fred’s classes and Teacher Training programs are all based on a principle that Yoga needs to serve the individual Yogis and that Yoga should be of a healing nature.
Within that context we offer a very challenging Hot Yoga Class with many optional intermediate poses like arm balances and inversions. Beginners are welcome to all classes but are encouraged to take it a bit easier in the early part of their ‘yoga career’.
Fred Busch Power Yoga also delivers many powerful awareness tools to allow students to experience true well being in their daily lives.
In addition Fred Busch is the creator of the famous ‘Healing Sequences for Power Yoga’ and employs special sequences with students to allow to heal injuries while maintaining a great practice.
Fred Busch Power Yoga vs Ashtanga Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Fred Busch Power Yoga offers many of the benefits associated with the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system but does not include the aspects that have safety questions. Similar to Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Fred Busch Power Yoga employs Ujayi Breath and Moving Meditation with comprehensive and challenging asana sequencing.
However Fred Busch Yoga offers variations for levels as well as uses special healing sequences and focuses on plant based diet, meditation, and massage therapy to help our students get the most out of their yoga experience.
