How Positive Energy Works in Your Life

Eating raw food and doing yoga practice (Sadhana) leads to a more conscious awareness of the mental process. This opens the door to the power of triangulation, where the attitude is the third major point. Now, I want you to pay attention to this little exercise:

Core Analogy

Think of a song that is playing on the radio as you walk in a room. You’ll find it rough and a little irritating. You begin to resist it. Then you wish that it could end since you dislike the song. This resistance to the song is expressed in a resistance pattern, or feel tension in the body.

However, you realize that the voice of the singer sounds a bit familiar and then you recognize it to be your favorite artist.  In fact, you were listening to a brand new song from your favorite singer. Instantly upon this realization, your disposition toward the song changes. In the end, you soon feel yourself accepting the music deep into your body and listening/receiving the song with gratitude.

You are gently swinging to the music and start feeling happy as you’re listening to the song. Which it’s recognized to be quite enjoyable.

How helpful is it?

This analogy is helpful in understanding how a positive attitude can create your reality as you go through your life one moment at a time.

First of all, the song can be any person in your life that you initially resist, because maybe that person has a negative energy pattern and you initially reject him/her.

But then, as you look a little closer at the person, you recognize that person and doesn’t give you scorn, you begin to see it as love. You see that person’s field with an open heart and love in your eyes. They are instantly transformed, into lovable and beautiful spiritual beings. They walk the path to personal self-improvement, doing the best they can.

So, when they encounter unpleasant situations, they approach them differently and deal with them more positively.

This is how a positive attitude operates to form an enlightened energy field.
