The Value of Silence

The value of Silence is very significant, both for your own life and for your personal practice.

Most people don’t understand the value of silence because they only talk about their ideas, and that’s the reason why they NEVER get the idea.

It’s rare to see anyone accomplish a goal after talking and talking about it. For example, have you ever heard someone say “I’m writing a book.” and you’ve never seen the book? Exactly!

And I don’t think people recognize the power of this, that you literally have a battery, a source of energy, and then you have to use that same energy to accomplish your intention. But if you connect that battery to your mouth and let your mouth start talking, you’re draining your power. So always remember that:

Talk is cheap.

Talking wastes power. There are two groups of people: the people who talk and there are people who do, they are not usually the same kind of people.

Unnecessary talking is your greatest enemy.

Silence is relevant because it is the key to not committing because you’re going to have to deal with a lot of people who are “against you” attacking you, all at the same time.

Only actions speak.

I mean, you don’t talk about something while you’re doing it, you just do it.

Energy generated during sleep is finite.

You’re going to get your energy by sleeping and resting, and you’re going to use it all day, so use it to complete the intention, instead of talking about the mission, okay?

Finally, words can lose their meaning if they are just words, while actions express gratitude. So, stay quiet and keep your power, anyway only actions speak.
