No. The program is designed for all levels, from beginners seeking transformation to experienced practitioners ready to deepen their knowledge and teach.
Yes. Graduates receive a Yoga Alliance–accredited 200-Hour Certification, recognized internationally.
Not at all. Flexibility is something most gain through consistent practice but it is not in any way the important part of yoga. The training is about transformation, not showing up super flexible when most of your students are not.
That depends on the location. Each location offers it's own format options ranging from 17 days to 2 months. At Medellin Retreat it’s a 17-day intensive, designed to fully immerse you in practice, study, and transformation.
Not at all. Many students join primarily for personal growth — weight loss, vitality, meditation, healing, and confidence — and teaching skills are an added bonus.
A mix: professionals seeking a career change, yoga students deepening practice, wellness seekers who want transformation, and people pursuing mastery of mind-body health, and students of enlightenment of all paths.
Fred is one of the world's most experienced teachers of yoga trainings internationally and seamlessly integrates power yoga, meditation, yoga therapy, anatomy, energetics, and plant-based nutrition into one comprehensive system. It’s not just yoga poses — it’s a lifestyle transformation.
Multiple locations worldwide: Fred's Medellín Retreat Hotel, Medellín City (108 Studio), Miami, Lima, Villavicencio, and Erfurt in Germany.
