After experiencing a serious health crisis in his twenties while traveling in Africa, Fred began a decades-long study of movement, nutrition, recovery, and human behavior. What started as a personal search for answers eventually evolved into a career dedicated to helping others improve their health and quality of life.
For more than twenty-five years, Fred Busch has worked with individuals seeking to improve health, restore vitality, recover from injury, establish healthier habits, and create meaningful lifestyle change.
His work has taken him throughout North America, South America, and Europe, where he has taught thousands of students through professional trainings, certifications, retreats, workshops, and educational programs.
His approach combines movement, nutrition, recovery, behavior change, and personal accountability into a practical system designed to help people implement lasting improvements in everyday life.
The goal is not simply to provide information.
The goal is to help people create change that continues long after they return home.
As the creator of The Medellín Wellness Protocol and author of multiple books on health and wellness, his work focuses on helping individuals improve health, increase vitality, enhance physical function, and create sustainable lifestyle change.
